We've been stopping here in the way to our grandparents lake place for years for great ice cream in a quaint restaurant. This trip the service was terrible and we were served dinky "one scoops" by the trainee as the trainer stood and watched. We were a party of nine. It took forever for one to watch and one to struggle with the hard ice cream. Both of these ladies need some training. $17 for four tiny cones. Disappointing. We'll try to DQ next time.

We went here twice in one week as we were staying in a cabin nearby. We went the first time to try it out and we were. Wry pleased. Service, food and ice cream were all fantastic. We went the second time because there was a shortage of other good options for lunch in the area. We went again and all of us ordered setting different and were very pleased once again. Items to get: ice cream for sure Steak and eggs if you want brunch. The steak is prepared really well and is cooked on a skillet over a grill. Great seasoning and flavor. Turkey burger was very good Buffalo chicken wrap was fantastic!!!! Also, get the sweet potato fries. Great iced coffee too

Rude. Slow. it wasn't busy. Messed up our order. It was a big mess up or we would have just dealt with it! She rolled her eyes said nothing and walked away. We were unsure if we were being ignored or it was being replaced!!! Then we were charged for the mess up. Never again will I eat there while passing Through. Food was good but pricey and not worth the trouble.

Twenty minute wait for a soup and salad. It came out with a strange version of Caesar dressing and room temperature soup. I do not recommend this place!

The place for ice cream in Grand Rapids, and the ice cream is good. Try some Butter Brickle for a change!
